Visualization & Motivation

I recently sat down for breakfast with a long-term friend-Felicia. We often get together to enjoy nice restaurants, sip champagne, or mainly to relax, relate and release. These moments of sisterhood have helped us keep going through the years. Most people will benefit from having someone they can sit and chat with.

I once read a quote that said “Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you; spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life. – Amy Poehler.

On our most recent outing to Another Broken Egg, Felicia was sharing a pivotal moment of realization. Another great friend of hers asked her to close her eyes and visualize.

This episode is titled Visualization & Motivation. Listen to how she describes this experience.
